We are implementing EE4 for Seminar Scheduling for this website:
http://project.webkolkata.info/pa/site_pathway/events/full-day-program-attend-all-3-seminars-pay-for-2/
From here you can see the process how the seminars are being scheduled.

Now, we have customized the plugin with custom questions and answers to include biller information as a separate part while booking as the main criteria of this system is any organization manager can book seminar seats for his employees/ peers. But the problem it is doing is while sending the invoice. Here proper records are not coming while printing the biller info as well as attendee information.

It is taking different type of values from here – can you please help in this? Is there any typical procedure for bringing biller information and attendee information properly to the invoice?

Regards.

Hello,

You can update the invoice payment method to be sent to the email address that is entered for the custom question. Here is how to do that:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/custom-shortcode-in-invoicing-templates/#post-144821

For how to update the biller information, you can do that through Event Espresso –> Messages. Now you’ll want to click on the Invoice message type via the Purchaser link so it is loaded in the messages editor.

There is a shortcode that can be used to retrieve information that was entered by the primary registrant (first person registering).

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*]

If your custom question was called “Purchaser name” — then this would be the shortcode to use:

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Purchaser name]

You can use that shortcode multiple times to retrieve the purchasers billing information and display it on the invoice. It will replace this section on the invoice:

Did you check the present set up of the current link. Here a Biller is a separate person than the primary attendee. Do you still say that this can be done with your given solution?

Hi there,

Those _* shortcodes are dynamic shortcodes and are unique for your questions.

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*] Does nothing at all.

You need:

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*{question-text}]

So in your case you need:

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*First Name] to display the ‘Booking Managers’ First Name’

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Last Name] to display the ‘Booking Managers’ Last Name

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Organization] to display the ‘Booking Managers’ Organization

And so on – http://take.ms/ImPPl
