Inactive event, can't put it back to active

Hello, I updated from ee3 to ee4 this weekend and I am trying to figure out a few things.

One of my event (which is actually a registration form) appears as “inactive” and I can’t find a way to put it back to active. I don’t know if it has been like this since the move from ee3 or if it just happened when I was playing with the functions.

All my other events are either active or expired, this is the only one inactive.
I noticed a difference from other events: in the Event Datetimes it shows a little locker that says: This datetime can no longer be duplicated or deleted because tickets associated with this datetime have already been sold.

My event dates start is before today, I put the end in a few years (this is a registration form, it has no end date but I guess I have to put one anyways).
My ticket start is also before today and end in a few years. Limits and quatities are okay.
However when I go to the ticket overview, it says “No Tickets have been setup for this Event”

Please let me know what I could do!

Hi Marielle,

The date format for the dates on the event may be incorrect. Can you go through and update the dates and time of the datetime and the ticket sale dates for the event, then click on Update?

Hello josh,

I just did, but it is still inactive!
Also, there is a green line next to my ticket indicating the it is “on sale” when I am in the event. But on the overview with all the events, in the “on sale” column, it still says no tickets have been setup for this event

May I ask what is the ID of the event?

Sure, it is ID 5479

The data for that event’s ticket looks good. There may be something that didn’t get migrated correctly from EE3. We can investigate further if you can complete the secure form on this page.
