Inaccurate reporting

According to the report pulled from Transactions, the total revenue for our event shown is almost double the amount shown in the chart for total revenue by day. The numbers are not matching up for us. How can we reconcile this? The amount of revenue shown in the chart broken up by day is accurate to the amount of tickets we sold– the amount shown in the total revenue for the event is not.

Hi Sal,

The miscalculation that you’re seeing in the Total Revenue per Event is due to a some work that needs to be finished in Event Espresso 4 beta. It will be fixed before Event Espresso 4 graduates from beta.

As an aside, the following plugins you’ve reported as active on your site are not compatible with Event Espresso 4 and should be deactivated if you continue to use Event Espresso 4:

Hi Sal,
A little update on this: Event Espresso 4.4.4.p was finally released today and it includes a fix for the issue you reported.
