The import feature of Event Espresso 3 works best if the Venue Manager is disabled in Event Espresso > General Settings. You may notice that if you disable the Venue manager, then check the events, the addresses will be there.
Can you go to Event Espresso > Template Settings and check to see if the “Display the address in the registration form?” option is set to Yes?
