Hi there,

An ‘active’ event is an event that is happening now, as in todays date is between the event start and event end date/time.

An upcoming event is an event where the start date is yet to pass.

So if you event isn’t happening today, it should be an upcoming event.

Can you link me to the page that is not showing the events so I can take a look?

Which shortcode are you using on that upcoming courses page?

Your default output is showing all of your events here:

If you are logged in as admin, you should see ‘Edit Page’ in the admin bar at the top.

If not go to Dashboard -> Pages, find that page and click on the page name.

What do you see there?

If you want a list of EE events to display there you’ll need a shortcode to do so, a shortcode is just [EXAMPLE] (some text between square brackets) which has been ‘registered’ on your site to run some code in its place.

On that page, you’ll need to place [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] on the page to show a list of events.

But, is there a reason your not using the default output from above?
