Icons missing from confirmation receipt + PDF

I have an issue with confirmation/order receipt (both html and PDF).

The icons for calendar, clock, location pin and users do not show in the default (i.e. global) template. I don’t know why but the image path is still calling to the decaf version although I’m using premium now … (…)

How can I remove these icons?

Hi Paulina,

The icons can be restored by resetting the templates (click the Reset button in the template editor).

If you want to remove the icons, then you can go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates > Reciept and edit the html to remove the <img> tags in the code that outputs the icons.

e.g. remove
<img class="icon" src="{/path-to-plugin}/core/templates/global_assets/images/calendar_year-24x24.png">
