Hello there,
I’ve added an event, which is public. When I click the ical icon in Internet Exploer I get a message that the site requires me to be logged in. In Firefox and on ipad it simply goes to a blank page. Page is http://www.energyskillsqld.com.au/registration/?ee=15. Using version 3.1.36.5.P

Hi,

The first thing I would do is update to the latest EE version. In EE 3.1.36.6 there was an ical update, which *might* resolve this issue.

If it does not, please advise and we can look into the matter further.

Hi again,
I’ve done the upgrade to 3.1.36.6.P. Still no joy ๐Ÿ™

Hi, are you using any firewall or security plugins that may be affecting that link? If so, try reducing the settings or temporarily turning them off an re-testing.

Hi again. We only use Block Bad Queries. No cacheing plugin, no firewall. Have tried outside our network in case it was our firewall – no joy.

Okay I turned off Block Bad queries and it now works! Good news in one way ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for help!

Glad you got it worked out Elaine, and thanks for letting us know which plugin was causing it.
