Hello, I want to buy the last pay version of Espresso, I have the WordPress version 4.4.2, it is compatible?

Two things:

– you can manually get the premium version from github to test with your theme: https://github.com/eventespresso/event-espresso-core
– If you want to test add-ons too then you can use our sandbox website: http://demoee.org
