Can I just buy a support token? Is there time to use it today? If I have to wait until Monday, I will have to spend the time working it out on my own.

Hi, I took a look at your prior support post and that was resolved.

Is there any additional information available on this new support question?

Officially, our support hours are Monday through Friday but there may be some availability during the weekend.
