Hello, I modify the templates in messages in EE 4, your iced mocha theme, and no other plugins installed, but right now it just send the original standard emails, right now for the approved status. The message system does regiter my emails as modified, and when I send a test email it works, but in no other situations.

What I’m trying to do is to work around the lack of cancellation option for people : as they have access to their registration email, on 4.2.6 I could click on edit attendee option and the idea is to get them to modify their personal infos and write a ‘ cancelled ‘ in first name and last name. Then me and the other admins would not need to answer them back so they see they are registered. Should the registration number be clickable ?

[ I also worked around the no waiting list option by having a ticket with ‘ waiting list ‘an unlimited number, and fixed number for the limited places. At least I got that figured out. ]

Or would there be an easy way to implement a cancellation shortcode in the code emails ? you mentionned in another support topic that this was not currently possible.

I’m trying to use these two shortcodes, but even changing the email topic does not work when sent.

The idea would be to just write something like ‘ void ‘ in personal information fields.
