OK, so I call foul.

I recently purchased EE3. An update just became available through WordPress. Now you tell me I have to pay you additional money via a support token just so I can upgrade it through WordPress?

So what’s the deal?

Hi Shane,

It turns out you do not need to buy a support token. If it says you need a support license, we’ll reset your key for free. That’s all, and thanks for reaching out.

How can I have my license reset for free?

I tried clicking the reset button but it asks for payment.

Hi Shane,

I have reset your license key.

When requesting a key reset if it is due to an issue with the license key on our end you can simply close the popup when it requests payment we will still receive the request.

Please let us know if you have any further problems.

I followed the directions in the reset email notification and reseting my license key did nothing. I still cannot update the plugin.

Hi, we rolled out some enhancements to the update system today. Try applying your support license key again and then try the update.
