Hi There,
I been a customer for a very long time. I need to update my calendar for future classes, But I don’t see the recurring event option on my screen no more. I have an active EE3. Can you please help me. Thank you

Hi there,
Do you have the recurrent events add-on active on the site?
If so, what version number is it?
You can check in Dashboard -> Plugins
Search for ‘Event Espresso – Recurring Events’ and check it is active and note the version number shown there.

I didn’t ask about any settings so I’m not sure what the above is referring to as it does not relate to the questions I asked.
Can you check that the Recurring Events Add-on is active and that you have version 1.1.9.p activated, please?
We don’t have any access to your site so I can’t check this for you but version 1.1.9 of the recurring events add-on contains fixes for the latest versions of jQuery in use.

I’m sorry you feel my reply was rude, it wasn’t intended as such.
You didn’t answer any of my questions and mentioned settings and your account, settings in relation to the jQuery Migrate plugin? The reply doesn’t relate to anything I’d asked above, so I had no idea what it referred to.
In any case, you have 1.1.9.p of the Recurring Events Add-on activated, so when you create new event do you see any recurring event settings at all?

Or are they all open by default and you can’t set any options?
Are you trying to create new events or update an old series?

Can you recheck those credentials please, the password giving was a copy of another field and I suspect it is incorrect.
Note I don’t need FTP credentials for this currently, just WP-Admin credentials.

OK, the recurring events add-on is not active on your site:

That’s in Dashboard -> Plugins.
Click activate on that plugin to enable it and the recurring events option should then show.
