Dear Support,

I have a problems that require your assistance, I have the following website http://ifasic.com/vzw/ that is meant to be going live very soon, I was setting up users roles and somehow I screw it up, the problem that I have is that now the stripe payment system does not show in the list of all possible payments system. Plus the original users roles that I have created for this event (delegate) seems to have also lost their permissions to the point that when I tried to do a test registration, the system asked me to register before allowing me to purchase the ticket. when I set it up the first time this was not happening. I might have fixed it but if you could look into it I would highly appreciate.

if you require administration access please let me know.

regards

Andy

Hi Andy,

You can reset the Event Espresso capabilities by going to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset tab, then click on the button that says Reset Event Espresso Capabilities.

Hi Josh,

I have done that but without luck, do you know if the plugin user role editor conflicts with event espresso?

Do you raccomend me to: reset the whole event espresso plugin or if even this fail delete it and re-install it from scratch?

There are no known conflicts with the user role editor and Event Espresso, it’s one of the ones we recommend.

In this case I do not recommend resetting Event Espresso, deleting or re-installing because the issue is more of a capabilities issue. Instead, you can go into the User role editor plugin and re-assign any capabilities that start with ee_ that may have been removed. Also, you should verify that the Stripe add-on plugin is still activated.

I think I have fixed the issue by restoring the previous database.

thanks for your very fast help.
