Hello,

I have a single event in my website and when I enter the event it shows Home > Espersso_events > My Event in the breadcrombs. How can I rename the espresso event from the breadcrombs?

WP- 3.9.1
EE- 4.2.5p

Hi pdelvalle,

How are you today?

It looks like your theme is using the post_type, but it should be grabbing the “name” or “singular_name” from the labels array. Does that make sense?

See also: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_post_type

Does that help?

Hello Garth

I’m not that experience with WordPress. Can you guide me on how to fix this?

Thank you

That is a developer-level fix which your theme author should address so that others do not have the same problem. I would contact your theme author first if you can to try and ask them to show the correct label.

If you don’t get a response from your theme developer, we can probably help you under a customization service or support token. But this isn’t as good an idea as getting the theme fixed because any updates to the theme will break your custom changes.
