How to regenerate and resend a "payment received" notification?

I’m encountering a couple of cases where customers that have already registered and paid need to change their billing address and then wish for us to resend a link to their invoice/receipt that reflects their new billing address.

Our “payment received” email message has the links to their invoice/receipt and I wish to regenerate this and resend.

I can’t simply resend the original message as it still contains their old billing address. So I need to regenerate it so it picks up their new address.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi there,

The invoice/receipt links they originally received links to a receipt/invoice that is generated on the fly using the registration details. If you change those details and the user re-visits that link they will see the changes made to the details.

So then if you’ve changed the details in the registration they can simply revisit the original link to download the invoice with the new details.
