how to prevent license key deactivation

My event espresso on my site was working perfectly. didnt change a thing and now all of a sudden since you guys sent us updates its not working.All these problems started when your system deactivated my license key. Please tell me why this happened so that I may avoid this from happening again in future.

Hello,

Event Espresso is open source so the software will continue to run even if there is an issue with the support license key.

With that mentioned, the support license key enables support services such as one-click updates and help from our team.

Are you seeing any messaging related to your support license key being in use on multiple sites? If not, then what is the message that you are seeing in the WP dashboard?

Thank you this issue has been resolved. I accidentally used the key on my development server. my key has since been reset. Thank you Lorenzo.
