Hi,
I have a personal license (1 copy). I am building a new website that will replace my existing site. Is there anything I need to know about installing and activating a second instance of EE on the new site while I am building and testing it?

Hi there,
The one thing to know is that the license key can’t be entered in both sites at the same time. So you can leave the license key field blank while you’re building and testing the new site. When you’re ready to switch over to the new site, you can remove the license key from the old site, then request a license key reset and we’ll reset the key. After the key is reset, you’ll get a notification via email that the key is ready to be entered in the new site.
