How to Identify Primary Registrant from Event Registration

Hi,
How to identify Primary Registrant from Event Registration and primary attendee details when there are mutile tickets with multiple users.

Hi there,

The primary registrant will always be 1/X and have a * next to them in the registration list, like this:

The first 4 registrations are all single registrations so that single registrant is the primary registrant each time. The highlighted group of 2 registrations shows 1/2 as the primary and 2/2 as the 2nd registration (the additional registration in the group).
