How to get information from "No Reciept" failed messages

We have a number of “No Recipient” failed messages I would like to find further information on to see who and what they were. Is there a way to do this?

Also, how do I share screengrabs that become a part of this record with you?

Hi there,

Messages that have failed and show ‘No Recipient’ have failed during the ‘message generation’ step which is the step that pulls all of the information in so if that’s failed to process there isn’t likely a way to get further info (otherwise generation wouldn’t have failed).
