I want to remove everything related to EE4 from my website and start a fresh installation with EE4 only. I even want to remove the pages and posts. How can I do it.

Hello,

Are you trying to set your WordPress site back to its original state?

For example, are you interested in keeping existing blog posts (not related to Event Espresso)?

Yes I want to keep the non EE posts but remove everything (files data folders, etc.) related to EE

You’ll then want to delete the Event Espresso pages through WordPress pages and then remove them from the trash:

/registration-checkout/
/thank-you/
/transactions/
/registration-cancelled/

Then you can run the reset/delete option in the maintenance screen for Event Espresso.

Keep in mind that this can’t be reversed (other than restoring from a database backup).

Thank you so much I am going to give it another try to see if I can solve the problem. I have backup of EE3 to restore to.

Cheers,

What problem are you running into with Event Espresso 4?

It is the same issue that I had before and wanted to remove all the files and data from previous installation and start fresh to test it in my personal network and if it works good then make it live in my site. I think EE4 uses the pages from EE3 and that is why in events page the foot section is too long and information does not show properly. If I can get it to run, I really love the features in EE4.
By the way is there a way that I can get access to the test site and start learning and exploring EE4 there before installing it to my site?

Cheers,
