How to cancel EE subcription

Hi – our client is using EE but they are moving to a different solution. I can’t seem to find an easy way to cancel their subscription or turn off their auto renewal. Please can you advise how best to do this. Thanks

Hi Porter, you can manage your Event Espresso subscription from your account page.

I’ve turned off the renewal for the subscription for you.
