I had a user purchase a ticket while not logged in. How can I apply this ticket to their user account so it shows under their registrations?

The emails match up – so I’m assuming the email isn’t used in this process. Is there a way to ask the person to login if the email is already in use? Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m unable to require users to be logged in because I’m using the multiple attendee add-on.

See attached screenshot.

You should still be able to require users to be logged in regardless of any add-ons you have installed. Are you referring to the Multi Event Registration add-on (there isn’t a Multiple Attendee add-on)? If so, you can require users to log in before they register.

As far as getting that one registration to show up in their list, one way to do that involves directly editing the database and changing the ATT_ID value for the registration row in the database. Are you comfortable with using phpmyadmin?
