Hi there,
I would like to create a “Book Now” button on my homepage http://www.artyparty.com.au
I have created just recently installed EE3 and I have not installed any add-ons for the moment. I have completed the organization setting, selected 2 payments options and created a test event.
I cannot find the shortcode for the button, could you please help ?

WP4.1
EE3

Thanks in advance,
Alvina

Hi Alvina,

Event Espresso does not have a ‘Book Now’ shortcode as such.

Can I ask how you want your events to be displayed? When a user was to click on a book now button, where would they go? A list of all your events? The Calendar etc?

Hi Tony,

The event will be described on the homepage, so I just need a “Book Now” button to send user to a link where they can make their order (select number of tickets) and process the payment.
Cheers

You could make a regular html link to http://artyparty.com.au/tickets-2/?ee=1, then use some CSS to make it into a button. We don’t have a shortcode that does that automatically.
