We’ve been using EE as a free account and today we purchased the $179 business license. This purchase was made by clicking the upgrade link from within our WP dashboard, then logging into our EE account. We received our receipt and see that the Business License is listed in our EE account, but how do we apply this upgrade to our site?? Are instructions for doing this posted somewhere? I’ve looked but didn’t find. We still can’t access premium functions from within WP … like the ability to send a group email to all attendees of a particular event. HELP!

How are you today?
You’ll want to download the premium version 3.1.36.4 from your account (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/understanding-your-account/) then manually update the first time (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/installing-event-espresso/ and https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/). Subsequent updates will be made available for one-click upgrades if you add your license key to the General Settings page of Event Espresso.
