How do I Import Contacts to Contact List

Is there a way to import contacts from a CSV file into the contact list? I tried doing via phpMyadmin, but they won’t show on the Contact List page. I’m assuming it has something to do with the ATT_ID.

Not really. This is because Contacts are tied to registrations.
