Hello, We would like the following form to auto-populate if they are a returning registrant. I have read the other auto-populate forum threads but their either are looking for something different or are not very clear. http://acuteservices.com/registration-checkout/#checkout How do we make this happen? |

Hi Chris, The WP User Integration add-on (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/wp-user-integration/#ee4usage) can help with that. By default it will populate the basic contact information such as the name and email. What kind of information are you wanting it to pre-populate? For example, only pre-populate the name, email, and address? — |

Hi Lorenzo, 1. Can the users later change their address information or is it locked after it’s setup? Thank you for your support, it’s much appreciated. |

Hi Chris, I’ll follow up with each of your questions below:
They can change their address information later if the registration forms for other events include fields for address information.
You can configure the plugin to allow either way. It also allows you to configure some tickets to be bought as guests and other tickets require an account.
I think in order to really see how it operates, you’ll need admin access. You can create a free account on the demoee.org site, then reply here and tell us the name of the site and we’ll activate the WP User Integration add-on for your site so you can try it out. |
