How do I modify the information that is sent to PayPal? Currently only the ticket information is automatically transferred to the transaction notes. We need to include the registered persons first and last name as the payment person/information differes from the person on the registration form. This can make linking the information difficult in our accounting phase. Thank you ~Chris

Hi there,
May I ask which PayPal payment method are you using? Is it PayPal Standard, PayPal Express, PayPal Pro, or PayPal Payflow?

Hi Chris,
Here’s a link to a code snippet that you can add to your site. It will include the attendee name in the line item description sent to PayPal:

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.
