How do I change the event legend status from sold out to available

i can’t seem to change the status of the event ticket from sold out to on sale

Hi there,

Have you increased the limit set on both the ticket itself (if it has one) and the datetime the ticket is assigned to?

A ticket grants access to a datetime(s) so if the datetime is still sold out the ticket will remain sold out.

Can you post a screenshot of your events ‘Event Ticket & Datetimes’ section so I can take a look, please?
