How can I create a Single-use Promotion Code

Hello!

I would like to create a Promotion Code that can only be used once for any event. Once it is used by one person it will no longer work to give a discount. It would be a one-time-use discount code applied to whatever event they pick. Right now, the Promotions system seems to multiply the uses of a code based on how many events it potentially applies to.

Is a one-time-use discount code possible with the Promotions Add-On?

Hi,

This isn’t currently possible because what that would require is a “Cart” scope option for promotions. Right now the only scope available as an option is “Event”, and the “Number of Uses” option sets the number of uses per scope item (or per event).
