Hiding tickets (2)

We have an active event that is currently registering. Can we hide some of the existing tickets, without losing the data from the registrants who have already chosen that ticketz/

Hi there,

May I ask were you want to hide them from? I’m guessing the front end on the ticket selector?

Are they expired? (sell until date has passed) If so you can set the ticket selector not to display those:

Event Espresso -> Events -> Template (tab)

At the bottom of the page are the ticket selector settings.

Set ‘Show Expired Tickets?’ to No and save.

If that’s not what you are looking for can you add some more details on where you want to hide the tickets from, maybe include a screenshot:
