When trying to purchase an event, I keep getting this error message below..

An error has occurred:
A valid ticket could not be retrieved for the event.
Please click the back button on your browser and try again.

Anythoughts?

Hi,

I checked your site and I can see it’s hosted on WPEngine, which uses a specific type of caching that needs to be excluded for Event Espresso pages. You can contact WPEngine support and ask them to add those exclusions. You’ll find more details here:

Please be sure to ask them to exclude your site’s /registration-checkout/ page in addition to the /events/ and /thank-you/ pages so they’re no longer cached.
