Hi, Can you please help me with this shortcodes. It sent an email to one of my clients and found out one of commands (email address) is not correct. My email address should be shari@communicationgroup.com.au and what I currently have doesn’t have the letter “n” in communication. Thank you.

It seems you need to check the email in the payment method, or if it is blank then it will use the one in General Setting on the field Primary Contact Email

For the payment method
1. Click EE
2. Click payment method.
3. Click Invoice
4. Then Change this field.

Hi there,
Do you currently have an active support license with Event Espresso on another account? The current account you are posting from expired in 2019.
The sections you are looking for are within your own site under the EE menu, not on your account here within EventEspresso.com
