Unfortunately, we’ve updated the plugin and gotten our events setup before checking the compatibility of QB Payments with EE 4. Is there any hope for us? We’ve got an event coming up in October that needs features from EE 4, but we also need to be able to take payments with Quickbooks Merchant Services.
Thanks for any help on this! We’re up the creek without a paddle.

Intuit Quickbooks Merchant Service is currently available for Event Espresso 3.
Did you backup before updating?
If so, could you restore your site from a backup?

We did make a backup, but it’d be great if we didn’t have to back-peddle on this one. We really need the multiple ticket options for a multi-day event. It could be better for us to just accept checks until the Qb service is supported. Any idea if that’s in the pipeline?

You might consider registering for a PayPal premier or business account. Then you could enable the auto sweep feature so a funds transfer to your bank account is initiated each night.
The Intuit Merchant service will eventually be available but not this year as we are currently working on the payment gateway system rewrite (to better handle various payment gateways) and other addons for Event Espresso 4.
