I have tried to redo this event and nothing seems to work… i have this event 3 times in calendar and its the ONLY event that DOES NOT SHOW INSTRUCTOR name… it shows [ESPRESSO_STAFF] (SEE ATTACHED). i have selected an instructor and checked spelling and it just doesnt seem to work???!!!!!

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

Hi,
Thanks for the login details.
I checked your and the Staff shortcode is working perfectly for events.
I compared your Calendar Table template addon plugin’s code with the default 1.1 release and noticed that the template has been modified.
When using the default code, the ESPRESSO_STAFF shortcode works correctly, when using the code on your site it does not.
It looks like your template file has had the line removed that uses the espresso_format_content function.
As such if you add in
$event_desc = espresso_format_content($event_desc);
after
$event_desc = wp_trim_words( $event_desc, 12, $more = '...' );
(that’s on line 158) then it should work.
If that does not make sense to you, please refer to your web developer/the person that modified the file.
