Help please in how to use your paid support system??

I wrote an email this morning to EE support as I need to know what I can expect from paid support – but I received an automated email back saying that as you have so many emails it may be some time before I hear back from you. 🙁

Money is in very short supply for me at present, and I need to know if I can get the problems I need fixed for the small amount of money I have.

How can I speak to you about this?? My problems are urgent and I need to find a solution asap if I can.

Can I ask which email address you sent your query to please?

Also if you would like to post up your questions here we’ll do our best to help before the need for priority support.

Tony, thanks very much for speedy reply. The automated email comes from: info@eventespresso.com – I filled in one of your support forms and didn’t see which address it goes to. It was a pre-sales form (I didn’t know which other one to use)

You’ve tried to help me with my problems here on the forum but I am not coding-savvy enough to be able to understand properly what you are telling me to do. Also, because I’m feeling so ‘unhappy’ about the position I’ve got myself into, my brain isn’t working very well

I sent the email this morning sometime around 7.40 uk time, GMT I suppose
