HELP – I'm not receiving confirmation of orders

I am running EE3 on WordPress 4.5.2

When customers go on my website to purchase something, they receive the order confirmation email. So it looks like wordpress is sending emails out. But I do not receive a copy of the orders. I use to be able to receive this info and now I’m not receiving it. This happened before I upgraded to WordPress. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked your email client/account’s spam filter?

Yes, I have checked my spam, trash, etc. folders

One way to confirm if the Event Admin emails are being triggered by EE is to install a plugin such as WP Mail logging

Then if you add another test registration, look within the log and check if you have an admin email and a user email displayed there?
