This morning I updated the Jason API plugin for EE3. Now I don’t see that as a choice in the EE Dashboard menu. I was going to change the mobile app logout time settings & now I don’t see the a choice for this. Event Espresso –> API Settings. Did something go wrong with the update?

Hi, can you confirm that Event Espresso 3 and your other add-ons is also up-to-date?

Hi,
What is the version number for the JSON API add-on and how was it updated (i.e was this a manual update via SFTP or FTP)?

I updated it through my plugin dashboard automatically. It is now Version 2.1.4.P. It said it updated successfully, but right after that it was gone from the EE Menu. It is still in my plugin menu, active, and shows up to date.

PS- I just tested checkin via the mobile app and it works.

Could you remove the add-on and manually re-install it by downloading and uploading the current release?

Please also double-check that your other add-ons are up to date (e.g. spot check two or three of the version numbers to make sure they match up to the numbers shown in your account).
