Is there a way to group together the registrations.
For example at this time
John Smith registers 4 Adult labelled tickets and 3 child labelled tickets
and John smith has 7 individual entries under registrations.
for an event like
http://hhbc.org.au/events/mothers-day-breakfast/
It means a massive amount of individual entries.
Is it possible to display
John Smith Adults 4 Child 3

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

Event Espresso needs at leas a first name and an email per registration.

With the example that you shared, all of the registrations would be linked to the primary registrant rather than requesting a different name and email per attendee/registrant.

If Event espresso could offer a registration page, with a pull down with the number of each ticket to be associated with each registration entry, it would solve this issue.

it would sort of like a more dynamic version of this:
http://old.cchf.net/RegistrationForm.php?EventName=2015_Ontario_Toronto
(In this case the check boxes “Welcome Reception” or “Tour” could be associated with tickets).
Lorenzo, how about it 😉

go to
http://hhbc.org.au/docs/EEprob.jpg

The Reeves family made a registration through

http://hhbc.org.au/events/mothers-day-breakfast/

and this is how the registrations are displayed

Since there is only one person who brought 5 tickets It should display
Andrew Reeves …………. Adult=2…Child 5-12= 2
This means I have no way of telling apart from manually adding up everything or clicking in the gold star indicating the primary register, and reading the invoice.
how many places are registered for Adults Children under 12 or infants.
For 70 families this is not good. Is there a short code solution of something?

Hi Mark,

The total amount of tickets purchased is available through the event editor for each event, you can view how many of an individual ticket has been sold for that specific event – http://take.ms/akzRD

However it is currently not possible to ground individual registrations so that you see the primary registrant and a list of tickets selected.
