Hi there,
Google Maps does not seem to work for my Venues. I’ve put in my API Key and I’ve enabled Google Maps. Could it be a conflict with my theme? Here’s the venue URL.

If you suspect there’s an issue with the theme, you can temporarily switch to the default WordPress theme to confirm whether or not that’s the case.

Hi Josh.
Thanks for replying. I’ve just changed my theme to Twenty Sixteen and Google Maps for vendors does not work still. Do you have some troubleshooting steps that I can go through?

You check the browser’s JavaScript console. In this case the error message is clear:
This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure that this API is activated in the APIs Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/library?project=_ Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/geocoding_backend?project=_ For more information on authentication and Google Maps Javascript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
So you go to Event Espresso > Venues > Google Maps and follow the link to get an API key and set that key there.
