I got a Google maps API key and put it in the field, but the Google maps are coming up as grey boxes. Here is an example:

It may be that I need to put in payment information somewhere, but I can’t find where in the Google interface

Hi Amanda,
In Chrome Dev tools, the console shows this error:
Geocoding Service: You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable Learn more at https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
If you follow the first link it will allow you to enable billing on your Google account.
Once that has been done the maps should start loading (it can take a few minutes after enabling billing but usually isn’t long at all).
