Google Analytics goal tracking doesn't work

I’ve searched the forums and I can’t seem to find a solution to my problem.

I have MonsterInsights plugin (up-to-date) on my WP website. I’m trying to set up goal tracking in Google Analytics.

I put the goal as “Begins with” /thank-you/
I’ve tried a test registration, and I had 3 registrations 2 weeks ago. Google Analytics doesn’t see any of those registrations.

What am I doing wrong?
The plugin works fine and picks up traffic as expected, my other destination goals work fine.

Also an additional note: I’ve set up another goal for the event page itself (how many people get to view the page), and it returns zero results for the whole month which is incorrect.

Hi,

You could check with the developer of the MonsterInsights plugin as they may have an idea why goal tracking isn’t working. It should be noted that Event Espresso doesn’t have anything built-in for Google Analytics goal tracking.
