Hi There, I’m setting up a new installation and I’m not getting my default pricing on my tranactions. I’m trying to pass the paypal charges on to the customer. I’ve entered the service fees in the pricing section, but they’re not adding into the total. Only coming up with the gross ticket price. Help? Michael |
Hi Michael, I believe you are referring to the price modifier options. These are used to show line items changes on ticket prices. Something like this should work: http://cl.ly/image/2G3t0H340F28 — |

Yes, but I would like to set it globally, not just individually, such as a tax would be set up. I’ve put the amounts in Event Espresso > Management > Pricing They’re not adding in to the total bill and only Gross amounts are being charged to the registrant. |
Hi, Could you grab a screenshot of your settings for this pricing option and upload to your WP media and link to it here? You could also upload to a service like getcloudapp.com or tinygrab.com and then link to it here. — |

Hi Lorenzo… Here it is… |

Hi, it sounds like you are on the right track but keep in mind that this only applies for ticket options after this has been setup. It will not apply to any ticket options that were created prior to these new global options being set I’ve run through some testing in Event Espresso 4.4.4 and it works as expected: 1) I went to the pricing screen within the WP dashboard and created a percent surcharge of 2.7% and saved changes: http://cl.ly/image/013o4210432R 2) I then created a new event via the event editor and then clicked on the gear icon to expand the advanced options for the ticket: http://cl.ly/image/1i051U0O3W3O Example ticket pricing: $5 for ticket + 2.7% (.14) = $5.15 — |
