We recently migrated our site and updated to the newest version of EE. Now we have a line of code across the top of the calendar and each event; registration ends up with a blank page

Hi there,

There’s a bug in your theme’s code, and we can fix the the theme if you can send us valid FTP access and WordPress log in credentials via the Redeem a Support Token form. Can you please resend the form and this time verify that the credentials you send are valid?

Not sure how to get the FTP access! Sorry, can you help?

You can log into your web hosting account to get the FTP credentials. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can fill out the Redeem a Support token form and include the information to log into the hosting account’s control panel and we can get the FTP credentials from there.

I’m sorry, but what you just sent does not give us access to the files on your site. In order to fix your theme so it doesn’t output the broken HTML on yourwebsite, we’ll need to access those files. Can you send the credentials to access the web host’s Control Panel via the redeem a support token form?

Try again! I hope it fixes the broken HTML and the blank registration page?

We have an e-blast ready to launch at 2 pm EST. I hope it can be done by then. Sorry and thank you !!!!!

I removed a function call from the theme’s header.php file (on both evolve themes on your site, since it appears they both have the same issue). The semantic_body() function that’s called was causing multiple loops to run, which caused the breakage you saw.
