Gift Certificate and Coupon Codes?

Do you offer coupon codes and gift certificate values? I would like to offer coupons for people to get discounts and then I would like to also offer people the chance to buy a gift certificate for a certain amount of value that would allow a person to redeem on any event and have the gift certificate amount be debited if not used in full.

EE3 does have coupons, discounts and voucher codes, but there is no automated way to sell any of them. Does that make sense?
