Getting "It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page" error

We have a need to set up different pricings for adults and children on our site.

After doing a search I found an answer from the developer saying to install the Multiple Events Registration plugin and follow the steps here https://eventespresso.com/wiki/multiple-events-registration-use-add-to-cart-link-instead-of-default-registration-form/

I have followed the steps and when clicking the cart button, get the error “It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.”

I have flushed and disabled all caching, disabled and re-enabled the plugins and the theme, and still the error.

I have tried doing searches for the error but the answers do not seem to line up with my own case.

Below is the link to an event that has been set up following the steps above and is giving the error… I would appreciate any ideas or insight you might provide as I continue to search for the solution.

Thank you.

Hi,

I checked your site and I did not get the error when I went to the cart:

In any case, I can advise to upgrade/update to EE4. With EE4 you do not need Multi Event Registration in order to set up different pricings for adults and children on your site. It lets you do multiple ticket types right out of the box.
