Getting confirmation emails but not in the database

I just made an event and tons of people said they registered but didn’t come up on our website. What do I do? Using EE4

Hi, one of your other plugins may be preventing the information from being saved.

Are registrations saved when only Event Espresso running?

I do not know because it randomly happens. What should I do?

Hi,

Are you using the latest software at 4.4.5?

Next, if you try to register for that event, does it record any of your information or does it still fail to work?
