Getting ALL system regististrations instead of JUST the EVENT Registrations

On the Event Espresso Events page, below each event is a link to Registrations. It seems like that should go the registraions for ONLY THAT EVENT.
However, two things:
1) At the top of the page to the left of “View All Registrations” the count totals are not updated – they are always 0.
2) If I go to the bottom of the page and click on “Registraions CSV Report”, I do not get only the registraions for that event, it gives me ALL registrations in the system. Moreover there does not seem to be anyway to cancel the download.

On the other hand . . .
If I on the “Event Espresso Events page” I click on the event and scroll down to “Update Event”. Under that heading I see ## Approved Registrations. When I click on THAT link and go to “Event Espresso Registrations”, the counters are still not updated, but if I click on “Registraions CSV Report” it gives me just the registraions for that event (except ONCE IN AWHILE that click also gives me ALL the registrations in the system).

Hi Danny,

I think both the issues you have mentioned above are already fixed.

So can you please install a fresh version of the plugin to see if that fixes the issue for you?

Hi Sam,

FYI: I am Keith the person who maintains the website. Danny is the ED of the Peace Center.
I am not sure exactly how to install “a fresh version of the plugin” I am on version Version 5.0.12.p. I no longer get update messages – not sure why..
So do I deactivate, then delete, then re-install a new download (from where)?

The version is reverted to 5.0.11 so you can follow the below steps to re-install the plugin.

Hi Keith,

This is something we’ve fixed in the next version of Event Espresso which is due out soon.

I have a workaround for version 5.0.12.p if you’d like to stay on that version for now. Once you load the Registrtations for a specific event, click on the ‘Filter’ button:

(You don’t need to set any filters, just click to apply them as they are)

That will setup the Query string for the specific event and the registration report should then include only the current event’s registrations.

Hmmm . . . I am a little confused. My plugin page says I am on version 5.0.12.p and when I go to the event and then click on “137 Approved Registrations” which brings me to the Event Espresso Registrations page for that event and then I scroll to the bottom and click on “Registrations CSV Report” I get a good report with just the registrations for that event. Status is automatically set = “Approved”. If I click on “Filter” and click on “Registrations CSV Report”, I get “502 Bad Gateway”. I think I am good for now. If I can just be notified when the next version is released I will appreciate that. Thank you for all your help!

5.0.13 is out, btw you will be notified for update if you did install the license key on your site.
