Get Registration Details After Payment To Send To 3rd Party Sites

How do you get the details inside an EE_Transaction object after successful payment?
I know there’s this hook ‘AHEE__EE_Gateway__update_transaction_with_payment__done’, but it returns an EE_Transaction object and I can’t access the properties inside it.
