Hi

I have recently installed the front end manager on version 3 which looks great. I am looking to use it for people who want to submit events from external organisations. The idea would be that they submit events but they are submitted as draft so someone internally can authorise them before they get added to our calender. Also ideally they would be added to a category called external events. Is this possible?

Hi Melanie,

Setting to a draft status can be done but it requires making an edit to the core file for the add-on using an SFTP or FTP client like FileZilla or Cyberduck.

Please see this support post:

It does not currently have an option to force a specific category during event creation as any available categories would be shown.
