Hi,
we want to send out the confirmation eMails of EE4 to the attendee (primary registrant) and our back office (event admin) als pure text eMails – no HTML.
I deleted all the HTML tags in the fields “Main Content”, “Event List”, “Attendee List” and “Ticket List” and replaced it with pure text, but the eMail is still sent out in HTML format making the pure text look pretty ugly.
How can I make EE4 send eMails in pure text?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Sassan,
Currently, EE expects all of the messages sent from EE to be HTML emails.
Removing the content from the template will not prevent EE from sending it as a HTML email, we currently do not have the option to send plaintext emails within EE without custom development.
